Lyonian News |
After leaving John Lyon in 2012, Sajan spent a gap year volunteering with the churches in Peru and Bolivia. This was followed by studying Medicine at Keele University and is now a senior paediatric resident working across Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
Sajan fondly remembers being taught by Mr Mahon and Mr Ling, and being part of shaping him who he is today.
Fast forward to October 2024, Sajan and his wife are starting their 7-month missionary journey with Latin Link to the rural town of San Juan La Laguna, Guatemala. Sajan and Sophie are also working alongside AMI San Lucas, volunteering their time and medical knowledge to help marginalised groups with poor access to healthcare.
The School shares it's support with Sajan and Sophie on this incredible mission. This mission is purely voluntary and is funded by their savings and donations, if you're able to dontate please do here.
