The weekly Goldhawk Lecture Series for its Sixth Form students, at which guest speakers come to School to provoke debate and discussion and this week, former student Alastair McIver shared his incredible journey since leaving John Lyon.
Alastair's talk titled 'Life Choices - not what we do but who we are' gave our students an insight into the choices he made during his career and whilst his time at John Lyon was academically challenging, the School provided fundamental lifeskills that supported his personal development and guided some of his career decisions.
The School would like to thank Alastair for his time and commitment.
