Careers News |
On Thursday 9 October, our careers team hosted their annual 'Careers Networking Event'. For the first time, we introduced a Speed Networking format, giving every Lower Sixth student the chance to meet every guest in attendance. From military surgeons to bespoke bankers, students explored a diverse range of career paths, gaining invaluable insight and advice from professionals across multiple industries
Amongst the 16 employers who joined us, 10 were proud OLs who committed time out of their busy schedules to share their experience and expertise. Events like these allow current and former students to connect, offering a deeper understanding of what they can do in the future.
Thank you to all of you who attended:
Nandesh Patel (OL 2012)
Mark Richards (OL 1979)
Sen Selvarajah (OL 2003)
Rayaan Bhatti (OL 2021)
Daniel Collins Redrado (OL 2016)
Rickhil Patwa (OL 2019)
Dhanesh Jegatheesan (OL 2020)
Adam Zoromba (OL 2020)
Shourya Suri (OL 2019)
We are incredibly grateful to our OL Community for their time and commitment - if you are interested in coming back to share your journey, and provide invaluable insights into the world of work, please contact lyonianassociation@johnlyon.org
