Sad passing of Stuart Lacey, (OL 1977 – 1982)

It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Stuart Lacey (OL 1982) on 7th April 2024 following a long battle with Parkinson’s disease.

Friends of Stuart recently contacted the Alumni office sharing the news and shared a few narratives about Stuart including one from Keith Palmer (OL 1983) who says ‘Stuart was a year above me and a member of Pinner Colts where his father Peter was manager. A spin bowler and hard-hitting batsman. He left the school at the end of the 5th form in 1981. Even at 15 he was a promising darts player and remember him organising a '1,000,001 down' House Challenge match which raised a lot of money for The School's chosen charity and lasted over 24 hours nonstop. He appeared with his father on Bullseye with Jim Bowen in the same year’.

Our sincere condolences to Stuarts family and friends.
