Reunions |
A huge thanks from the School to former Head Boy Josh Banks in facilitating his cohorts to gather. Josh was also at hand welcoming all his fellow OLs as they arrived, sending them on their highly anticipated tours of the School. Through excited eyes they looked around at what was the same and what had changed, one even asking if the Heads office was still in the Main Building as he wanted to see if something was still there.
After the OLs made their way up to the Refectory, grabbing drinks, catching up and going down memory lane with items from the archive - making them feel a little older than they did when they first walked in.
Sarah and the catering team went all out with the buffet-style feast, which went down a treat – the OLs recognised the catering teams as they were the last group of students who were served lunch in takeway containers before the introduction of trays, plates and cutlery.
Thank you to Josh who orchestrated the gathering and to all who contributed to the success of the reunion, with 40 attendees!
